Lawrence Buda Mpinga

Was born in Gauteng, in the rural farm east of Johannesburg, South Africa. This was in 1972, slightly before the Soweto uprising of 1976. I am running a security training institution called Siyafunda Security Academy, with its head office in Orange Farm, South of Johannesburg.

This institution was established in 2010 mainly focusing on up skilling security officers and addressing the shortage of scarce and critical skills in the security sector.

Over the past 4 years we have made a remarkable impact in the security sector. We have trained over 200 students in general security practices NQF3, specialist security practices NQF4, skills programme 1, 2 & 3 as well as firearm training.

Our clientele includes: Securitas Specialised Services, Special Impect Security, Romula Business Enterprises Pty Ltd, Fidelity Security and SANMVA.

Socially i enjoy catching up with friends, doing movies and outings. I wish to develop a hobby in horse riding.
