Hello,

I have four children. I have an amazing man in my life. He has three children. So, you can probably see where this is headed. Yep.

Currently I am an Echocardiographer. I work with an amazing group of people and love every minute of what I do.

With a family of nine we keep busy. One of our challenges is to feed everyone on a very tight budget. Going Vegan has been a great way to help with that.

I hope to share with you how we manage this journy.

For now, I love where I am at personally, professionally, and where I am headed.
