I am a junior at the University of Massachusetts, double majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Marketing. I love to travel and I will be studying abroad in Florence, Italy in the Spring of 2014. I love to dance and am always bopping around when there is music playing.

I am a part of Sigma Kappa Sorority at Umass, and am currently The Sisterhood Chair of the chapter where I planned the sisterhood retreat and various sisterhood events. This position has positively influenced my organization skills as well as my ability to plan events for large groups of people.

I am passionate about discovering new cultures and ways of life. I love to organize events and put a smile of people's faces. I hope to be able to travel all over Europe to learn from the natives. Through my study abroad experience I hope to uncover new things about myself and develop my skills as an event planner through my studying and internship abroad.
