Local Reach

Local Reach is a grassroots movement of AOL employees in the San Francisco Bay Area intended to support the communities in which we live and work. Our goal is to inspire participation and combine the giving spirit of AOL employees to make the greatest impact for good.

We all want to help, but we don’t all have the ability to make a large donation or the time to volunteer. By joining Local Reach, you can be part of a collective effort for the good of our local communities.

An employee-led program, Local Reach awards cash grants twice a year to nonprofit organizations serving our local communities. Becoming a member of Local Reach gives you the opportunity to champion a cause close to your own heart and entitles you to a vote in selecting the charitable organizations to receive grants.
