Team Aurora

We are team Aurora, as name suggest we are unpredictable. Our team is 100% diverse, form 2 different continent and 3 different countries with skills in embedded system, Internet technology, Wireless and programming. With common passion for smart devices. We have chosen tracking device customized to meet our customer segments to find their misplaced or stolen items. Very basic idea which is already implemented. Therefore, we tried to see what wrong with existing solutions and try to fix the problems, we have successes to come up with an added value thanks to Terrence’s many feedbacks we focused on the business model innovation not the product itself. We did many customer development out the building and we update our business model accordingly. We have faced several challenged, the main one was the pricing mechanism. We tried to defend our value-driven pricing and at the same time try to reduce it ensuring a profit margin.We did that by reshaping our cost structure by cutting elements in the other eight blocks in the business model canvas including partners.

Now, we have to finalize the promotion video pointing out our value proposition, and we are working on the pp interface. Which make our product 100% doable.
