In 2020 my school year was interrupted with a global pandemic. It led me to sit at home in boredom throughout the rest of the year, leaving me no choice but to try new things. With nothing better to do I chose to try to get better at something that I've always under excelled at. After searching for something to read about, I bought my first book, “how I invest my money”.

I sat in misery, but eventually I began to find a steady pace in reading. I never knew that you could learn so much from something that is so easily accessible.

After a month I found a book that peaked my interest.

After that, I transferred into a desire to learn more about ways of doing it.

One book I finished turned into another and I suddenly started finding more ways to learn about investing.

Using all the tools available to me like social media and mentors I became more disciplined and knowledgeable about it.

This led me to want to increase my knowledge and properly use my skills to later want to become a financial advisor.

Wanting to learn more about investing and financial management has inspired me to set my career to become a financial advisor.

With the experience that I have, I have multiple career choices.

I hope to grow within this career aspect to eventually create a business out of it.

I learned the self discipline it takes and hope to excel in my difficulties at the things I will need to obtain to meet my goals.
