Log Barn 1912

Amstrong, British Columbia

Log Barn 1912 is located in the quiet town of Armstrong, British Columbia among the Spallumcheen Valley. The picturesque landscape only serves to complement the unique experience of the handcrafted goods and family friendly activities provided by Log Barn 1912. The values held by the founders of this business are deeply rooted in the core of the Holdeman Mennonite culture from which they trace their roots. This stresses a value of hard work and tradition, which Log Barn 1912 has been extolling since 1994. As early settlers to the region, Mennonites have left a lasting impact both in the culture and the region's culinary history, which Log Barn 1912 shares with customers both in Canada and abroad.

Log Barn 1912 now produces over 140 products, all privately labeled, which is a long way from the business’ early start as a small fruit stand that stood on the land that is still owned by the Isaac family, the founders of Log Barn. One of the many things that makes their products so unique, is that the quality and authenticity cannot be replicated - all goods, including foods are handmade and produced on-site in the same ways that the early settlers would have done so. By staying true to the traditional methods of preparation and production, Log Barn 1912 honors the rich heritage of the City of Armstrong and the entire North Okanagan region.
