Lois Lang, Psy.D.

Lois assists organizations to become high performance workplaces. She is able to assess an organization and then deliver the support needed to strengthen critical relationships and enhance working relationships. This includes strategic work with teams together with individual coaching of high potential individuals in the organization. Lois is particularly effective working with families in business when they confront succession, leadership, and transition challenges. Currently, Lois is working on Pass the Business: How to Successfully Transition the Family Company to the Next Generation, which explores the five critical components that support succession in family business.
