Lois Seropian Bill Riley

Lois and Bill are full time realtors who are here to help you find your dream home, sell your home or help you with an investment property. Lois brings 19 years of education expericence to the business. She has worked full-time in residential and commercial sales for 8 years. Bill was born in Canada and brings 45 successful years of experience in international marketing to the business and has been involved in real estate full time for the past 8 years. Both are Certified Integrity Specialists and graduates of Coldwell Banker's Optimus Program. They were awarded Diamond International status for 2011 year and will again achieve that goal for 2012. In addition, the team has a lot of experience in working with Canadian and international clients. In the past year, they have closed 42 transaction. Both have been residents of Sarasota for 20 years and have raised their children and grandchildren here.
