My role and responsibilities is a blend of Business Analyst and Social Marketer with expertise on SaaS, eCommerce ERP, Big Data Analytic, Open Source and Microsoft technologies. Current focus is on providing eCommerce SaaS and ERP services to retail and manufacturing enterprises.

I find it joyful to communicate with people across the globe, interacting with them and discussing their initiatives on cutting edge technologies. I feel satisfied working on areas such as product management, business analysis, creating marketing plans and strategies, social media campaigns, customer on boarding programs, project management and consulting.
