Roles and Responsibilities;

Leading and establishing priorities for, and manage subsequently, the day-to-day work of the Web Developers;
Determining and managing the technical infrastructure/frameworks to deliver robust, secure and reliable web applications and services;
Looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business.
Implementing new processes and procedures across the business.
Setting company-wide KPI’s to gauge company performance in all areas.
Working closely with the Sales Director and Sales Team to land large accounts.
Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans
Planing cost-effective operations and development activities
Building long term, trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
Overseeing the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
Supervising the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
Ensuring a positive work environment
Ensuring performance appraisal, training and professional development activities
