I’m Lydia Olanike Oladapo, a seasoned Management Consultant and the Managing Partner at Sweat Your Asset Derivative Ltd and Sweat Your Asset Homes Ltd. With over 20 years of professional experience, I specialize in developing Quality Management Systems (QMS), driving customer service excellence, and enhancing organizational project management capacities.

I hold an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development Practice and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I’m also a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) with the American Society for Quality, a certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and an OHSAS 18001 Auditor.

I’m an alumna of the Pan-African University/Enterprise Development Centre’s World Bank–funded WomenX program, where I earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management.

My consulting portfolio spans industries such as oil and gas, telecommunications, manufacturing, education, public service, and healthcare. I’ve led successful QMS implementations and audit projects for reputable organizations, including FCMB, NAPTIN, DILK Oil & Gas Ltd, Newrest Nigeria EPZE, and Royan Hospital.

In addition to consulting, I am the founder of the African Women in Business Capacity Development Program (AWINBCD)—an initiative dedicated to equipping women entrepreneurs and leaders with the tools to build viable, sustainable, and globally competitive businesses through the adoption of quality standards.

At Sweat Your Asset Homes Ltd, I lead our real estate operations, focusing on the sales and marketing of premium, credible, and luxury properties across Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan,Nigeria.
