Lolita McKay

I am a Change Practitioner residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have spent much of my career life as a consultant on large information technology implementations in the industries of utilities, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and government. When I am not out of town at work, I am enjoying the finer things in life such as writing and gardening. Some important achievements have included recordings of personal music compositions - with lots of capacity for more creativity when time permits.

As a Change Practitioner who actively facilitates opportunities for excellence to emerge in transformation, I believe that within every individual and organization, there is an untapped excellence waiting to surface. Akin to the backdrop of this page, the untapped excellence can emerge into art and function - moreso when a keen eye dares to see possibilities - urging or facilitating this capacity to unfold.
