Lolita D. Cleveland is the founder and CEO of Open Hands Outreach Consulting, based in Chicago, IL. Ms. Cleveland has 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and social services sectors, augmented by a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration conferred by Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Grambling State University. Her impressive credentials have enabled Ms. Cleveland to serve as a highly sought after consultant, specializing in education, training, evangelism, social services, community development and public administration. Ms. Cleveland currently serves as an adjunct professor, where she educates with passion and purpose. Ms. Cleveland is also a motivational speaker.
