I lead design research projects within healthcare, educational support programs, and the social sector. I’ve worked with both for-profit and non-profit companies to uncover meaningful insights, design innovative services, and set the strategic direction for new initiatives.

My curiosity about human behavior has been the thread throughout my career. As a therapist working in a range of healthcare settings, I have intimately experienced the suffering that results from broken systems. Motivated by a desire to make change on a larger scale, I transitioned from providing therapy to individuals and families to conducting human-centered research with organizations and communities.

I’m also the mother of two kids who inspire me to never stop asking questions and to jump in with both feet.
