London Artechamberorchestra
One of the London’s finest ensembles, combines the talent of young professional musicians under the leadership of Principal Conductor Fabricio Brachetta. LACO is an established chamber orchestra developing an intense and vast repertoire with music from all periods. Alongside LACO is working effortlessly in the promotion of new works dedicating most of its time to develop and intense activity with new composers, helping the younger composers to premier new pieces and to showcase talent in the UK.
Its concerts feature international solo artists as well as promoting and supporting promising young talents, guest conductors and soloist. LACO is proudly performing for diverse charities in London, helping by donating to the ones in need by performing chamber and orchestral concerts.
The Orchestra is part of a charity program “Music to heal” that includes chamber music with great talent musicians and guest conductors. In January 2012 LACO worked together with the Stroke Association to perform at St Gabriel’s church for a standing ovation offering two concertos on the same night and premiering a new clarinet concerto. The concert had represented the voice of the ones affected by strokes, embracing London in a unique night with a unique sound.
