A chocolate lover and international speaker, my platform (and greatest passion) is single origin bean to bar ethically traded fair and directly paid heirloom and coveted varietal cacao products from farmers and micro bath makers with a focus on makers that are heritage and generational farmers, BIPOC, AAPI, women, families, and partnership driven. Currently living in Dayton, Ohio, United States, my work is motivated by a desire to change our everyday participation in modern day slavery.

Beyond my chocolate selling space, I offer chocolate education and presentations, create events and social activities, curations (i.e. art galleries and coffee shops) and connection services to the small makers that I pursue.
