Hi I'm London!!

This is technically a photo of me, except I drew it! I love drawing and anything creative. Growing up I had all the artsy phases. A knitting phase, sewing phase, painting phase, etc. I drew this in my drawing class while I was an art major. I have switched my major four times now trying to figure out what is best for me.

To start, I was in fashion merchandising because I thought I might have wanted to design clothes and get into that industry. Unfortunately, I did not really enjoy it. So then I became a psychology major. I like solving problems, and I thought solving people's problems was a good idea. I love learning about why we think the way that we think. As much as I still love doing that, I also love design.

So that is when I got into art, specifically interior design. I actually loved it. It was a lot of fun and I was really good at it. But, I did not feel like I was being mentally challenged enough, and I knew I wanted to do something a little bit more broad in the realm of design. I guess I was also just lacking the passion for interior design specifically. I also still loved psychology and wanted to figure out a way to combine my creative side with my logical side.

I am now an advertising major! I feel like it is perfect for me considering I get to apply my love for examining the way people think and also my love for design!

It was quite the journey of major changes, and as wrong as it felt to keep switching it up, I am now glad I found what allows me to apply myself as a whole.
