Luca Longo is a work & organization psychologist and organization development consultant.

Since 2004 he has been working on work and organizational psychology and he’s also in charge of vocational training according to the self-empowerment model. He is author of some publications about training, organizational behaviours and stress.

In 2007 he co-founded the training and consultancy agency “Well At Work & Associates” a consultancy agency operating in the following fields: organizational development, training and research applied to psycho-social and organizational areas.

Since 2001 he has been collaborating with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and he currently heads the Guided Practical Experience “Professione Psicologo” (“Profession: Psychologist”). Since 2006 he also has been internal apprenticeship tutor at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Milano-Bicocca.

From 2014 to 2019 he was a board member of Lombardy Psychologists Association. Currently he is a board member of Casa della Psicologia, cultural center of Lombardy Psychologists Association.
