I'm a recruitment and employer branding specialist and work at EW Facility Services.

I'm responsible for the recruitment strategy that includes a social media plan, inflow plan including budget.

I'm very proud of getting our new careerpage live with UX in mind and all the beautiful pictures and slogans that represent our EVP.
Now I'm focussing on our social media strategy with a corporate identity implemented. That means gathering and creating content.

I still love to be hands-on busy with a job intake, job text writing and interviewing the candidates.
