Lopa Vibhakar

Lopa trained as an Organisational Psychologist in 1996 at University of East London combining her knowledge and experience of systems and systemic issues in organisations as an Organisational and Diversity Consultant. She has developed Diversity awareness workshops for organisations to foster skills for dialogues across sensitive and challenging issues.

She also trained as a Systemic Psychotherapist in 1994 at University of London and has over 20 years of experience working in NHS mental health services being highly skilled in working with individuals, couples, families and groups, In her previous role as Consultant Systemic and Family Psychotherapist and private practice she provided evidence based systemic therapy/ interventions to individuals, couples and families with ongoing difficulties and conflicts, communication breakdown. Lopa also works with people with severe and enduring mental illness. Lopa has expertise in designing and implementing systemic consultation groups for Multi- disciplinary Teams.

Alongside this Lopa has applied her psychotherapy and organisational knowledge and skills in developing and delivering well-being programmes for organisations to support employee performance at work with clients such as Bovis Lendlease, RBS, JP Morgan and UBS. Lopa works with peoples values, beliefs and behavior to create sustainable change in individuals, teams and organisations and has designed and facilitated team development workshops for clients like Unilever.
