Hi everybody, my name is Lorainne. I live in Lindale, Alberta out in the country. I am an artistic and creative person so I love all forms of art and crafts. My favorite season is Halloween because it allows my creativity to shine through in the costumes I create. I like to extend that creativity to food as well even though I am not a chef. I like to eat healthier and firmly believe that what we put into our bodies determines how healthy we are. I am super excited to begin this new journey, not only because I am working from home, but also because I am becoming a healthier, more fit, less stressed and more focused woman.
