Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2010, my mission in life is to spread hope for those diagnosed with autoimmune diseases and to shine a light onto a dark and somewhat scary road.

I've come to understand my diagnosis as a blessing, not a curse, and I've realized I don't have to live any less of a life; my reality is mine to create. An incurable diagnosis is a life-changer, but it doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our dreams.

Through hopecourageinspiration.com, my Every Day Hope Messages, books and speaking engagements, I intend to bring inspiration to where it’s needed most.

As long as I’m alive, I will work to spread hope to those who feel they’ve lost their way; as long as I breathe, I will never allow another soul to walk this path alone.
