Biography Lorance Awwad Maghariz [email protected] Mobile: 00962(0) 79 9879 231 Lorance was born in 1971 in Gharous district-Jordan, the fatherland and homestead. Maghariz Family has been deep-rooted for hundreds of years in the region. It has a noble stature and is one of the Abbad tribes' mainstays located in West Amman where he completed his primary and secondary school stages. Following the secondary certificate, he enrolled into the Jordan Armed Forces where I had several internal and external training courses on computer administration and writing courses. He took part in the peace-keeping forces in Eretria, Iraq and Maldives Islands. In addition, he was granted the medal of peace-keeping and fifth rank order of merit which he brags about up-to date as it was granted to him by HM King Abdullah II. Tenure of Offices: 1- Information and Computer Division as entry data officer and auditor of manpower systems 2- Planning and development department- medical services 3- Head of clerks department and secretary of King Hussein Medical City Director. 4- Secretary and bureau head of Director of the Royal Medical Services plus PR. 5- Enrolled onto an Ukraine University, engineering college but unfortunately was unable to continue on account of several reasons. Following retirement, I turned to the private sector as follows: 1- Attract patients from Arab Countries for treatment into private hospitals in Jordan 2- Conducted a study on curative tourism in conjunction with certain specialists inter alia employees of the Social and Economic Corporation of the military retirees. The study resulted in an idea of establishing Al Hikma for Logistics Company. The aforesaid company came into existence based on partnership between the military retirees' corporation and some other investors therein. 3- Held the office of PR manager and coordinator of patients. Through his dealing with the outside world, he has become well-connected. 4- In 2012, with other founders he established Watan Association for Human Rights. The Association is registered under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under the Political and Parliament Ministry and therein he was elected chairman of the Association. 5- In 2014, he founded Jordan-Kurdistan Friendship Society and currently he is the manager of PR and Secretary General of the Society. He further is a founding member of the Jordan-Kurdistan Friendship Society and PR manager of it. With the same Society, he is elected secretary general.
