I am an energetic, engaged, and experienced (8+ years) hands-on marketing manager who can translate business strategies into marketing communication tactics and campaigns. I have more than 8 years experience working in a fast-paced environment for international premium brands (especially in the B2B market).

In my current function as a Digital Brand Manager, I have multiple roles from content and process manager, to social media, brand and channel manager and I am therefore capable to tailor a brand’s value propositions to different audiences and different marketing channels, keeping the customer's journey high at stake and balancing interests of several stakeholders and suppliers at the same time (think of: product launches, product campaigns and activations, alignment with sales and distributors all over the world). I am very good at being the linking pin between the Marketing, Sales and Product departments to align expectations and requirements. ·What I have further achieved in my role, was to drive Marketing and Sales alignment with clear processes, reports and dashboards.

One of the strongest drives that define my work is the ability to develop strategies and guidelines and put these into practice on-time and on-budget on all possible levels from a global perspective, by keeping the brand and its core values in mind.

What I cherish in my work, is the autonomy and the ownership that allow me to innovate and put new ideas into action, to connect, inspire and get inspired by other talented people. Being involved in many both online and offline projects, I have a proven track in teaming-up with different suppliers and motivating them to reach common targets and deliver the right results.

What further defines me, is that I love challenging my own knowledge as I am eager to always learn more and keep up with tech and digital trends and therefore step out of my professional comfort zone to become a better version of myself.

I am a firm believer that teams founded in deep alignment, honesty and transparency, are closer to success than the ones who are just chasing numbers or hitting targets. Being surrounded and closely working with talented professionals from all over the world, is what makes me ultimately excited.

When I am not in the office, I love to travel the world and spend time with my family, I love to read inspiring biographies, and enjoy a glass of good wine while binge-watching tv-shows on Netflix.
