I am a Marketing and Communication commercial manager, with more than 10 years of experience in multinational companies and SMEs, within the B2B and B2C markets.

In the different positions I have held, my responsibilities have been to develop and execute multichannel digital marketing strategies, analytics and results measurement, budget management, brand positioning and reputation, and customer journey resources and strategies, among the most relevant, aimed at making it easier for sales teams to approach customers and prospects, and sales.

Strengthening the relationship with partners and stakeholders, both internal and external, has always been a priority in my career, to ensure the success of projects. From the commercial teams, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Technology and Operations, to the media, agencies, public and private institutions or competing companies. All this to ensure the alignment and fulfillment of objectives, according to the goals of the organization.

Relationships between colleagues, reporting lines and managers are essential for me within the work environment, as well as empathy, motivation, respect, ability to inspire and enthusiasm for projects. This is undoubtedly the key to success.

Adaptability and flexibility are always present in all the projects I undertake, both in my professional and personal life. Communication skills, 360 vision and reporting are equally important.

About my personal life, I am passionate about knowledge, technology, sports, healthy living and the latest trends or advances in the world.

I run, play padel and go to the gym. I take great care of my diet, and in the same way I take care of my spirit, doing yoga, mindfulness and other activities that allow me to constantly explore myself.

I love to travel, but I love to travel with a purpose. On my last three vacations I have gone to remote places to work as a volunteer and support people who need it.

I respect the opinions of others, without judging, I value friendship and family. I believe that personal growth never stops, because we are beings in constant evolution. This is one of my life mottos. I am a human being in constant transformation.
