Web3 Project Manager & Community Builder | Founder @ ActivaChain
Montevideo, Uruguay

I am a Web3 learner, project manager and community builder focused on onboarding more women into the blockchain ecosystem through education, experimentation and community-driven initiatives.

My background spans 20+ years leading environmental conservation, education and social impact projects across Costa Rica, Peru and Uruguay. This experience shaped my approach to systems thinking, governance and collective action—perspectives I now bring into decentralized ecosystems.

I entered Web3 through Cambiatus, where I explored blockchain fundamentals, community incentive models and decentralized coordination. Since then, I have been interested in this topics.

In 2025, I co-created ActivaChain, a Web3 initiative born during the Ethereum Uruguay Hackathon, where our team won first place. ActivaChain focuses on reducing the gender gap in Web3 through gamified education, on-chain reputation systems and community-based learning.

I am currently deepening my technical knowledge in blockchain and smart contracts through programs such as SheFi and Cyfrin Updraft, while continuing to explore cybersecurity and decentralized systems.

My focus is on building inclusive, human-centered Web3 ecosystems that enable more people—especially women—to learn, participate and create value in the digital economy.
