Loren Hackett

I am a former technical writer, and I finished my MLIS degree in August 2011. Over the course of the program, I took classes in a wide variety of library topics, but my passion is connecting people to the information they need and sharing information literacy tools in a time when they have never been more important. I most recently worked in a mining company geology library, where I aided in the maintenance of the digital collection, performed library outreach tasks, and created documentation for database tools related to information management.
