I’m a User Experience Consultant and Service Designer, focused in strategic definition of digital products and services, from a User-Centred Design perspective. I create products that satisfy the company’s and user’s needs, by creating unique and profitable experiences.

I have more than twelve years experience in digital market and I’ve worked for both big players and star ups, from user experience consultant to communication agencies. My work for those companies includes research, strategic, conceptualization, wireframing, and funcional documents, supervising and managing visual design and development teams until the project goes live, and result optimization after that.
