Lorenzo Ayres

Lorenzo Ayres is an entrepreneur, business builder, and dealmaker. He is the founder, owner, and CEO of America's Outdoor Adventure Park, an all-inclusive adventure resort in Jay, Oklahoma.

After acquiring the property in 2025, Lorenzo Ayres repositioned it, growing annual revenue from $1.5 million to $6 million within 12 months. Lorenzo Ayres built demand for the resort through organic content. In six and a half months, its videos drew 220 million views and reached 93.5 million people without paid promotion.

Lorenzo Ayres began his career cold-calling for a Long Island broker-dealer and later joined one of the country's largest brokerage firms, where he earned his Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. He also earned a master's degree in finance from the University of Utah. After time in enterprise software, Lorenzo Ayres spent four years consulting for real estate developers, structuring capital raises through EB-5, opportunity zones, and restructurings that allowed developers to retain majority ownership.

In his (limited) time outside of work, Lorenzo Ayres is an avid reader of books on investing, deal structuring, and business strategy. I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, and teaching my kids soccer and taking them to gymnastics classes.
