When I first started my first year at CCAD, my main goal was to be an animator. After a few 2d

and 3d animation classes, I realized that they don’t really satisfy the desire of art for me. I have had a

few classes that feel more like work and less like “Yes! This is why I am here!”. The classes that I have

enjoyed and thrived in the most are drawing classes and more recently my storyboard classes.

After graduation I will be focusing on finding a job/ internship in storyboarding, preferably in

animation, however, I am not anti-live action. A mid-term goal would be to have a career, at an

established company, one that challenges me artistically and creates financial security for my growing

family. Lastly, I would like to be in a position that exposes me to directing. Having the opportunity to

direct a film would be my ultimate career goal
