Lorenzo Bianchi

With over 15 years of experience supporting executives and entrepreneurs in international negotiations, he collaborates as a Senior Trainer and Language Coach with leading training organisations. Since 2018, he has been affiliated with ManpowerGroup®, where he is responsible for researching, developing, and delivering original training methods that promote linguistic empowerment and communicative performance.

His academic background spans linguistic mediation, international relations, and humanistic counselling. He has served as a Team Leader for the European Commission in international research groups focused on scientific dissemination. In the training sector, he has built significant expertise in needs analysis and programme design, distance learning, microlearning techniques, and both individual and team coaching.

An active member of Respond Crisis Translation, he has hands-on experience in trauma-informed linguistic and cultural mediation. He has also lectured and collaborated academically with several universities. His research interests centre on the intersection of performance and well-being in language learning, as well as the application of AI in culturally sensitive communication.

He specialises in training soft skills for international environments, with particular emphasis on negotiation, communication, and intercultural dynamics. An INSEAD-trained leadership coach, he has worked extensively with diplomatic delegations and senior executives in global contexts.
