Welcome! I’m Lori. After working for lots of different people and organizations, I finally found my dream career as a Culture Strategist, Coach and StrengthsFinder Integrator.

I live in Boise with my husband of 20 years. I am a fan of travel, reading, and catching up with friends. After being diagnosed with Celiacs I become obsessed with learning about products and ingredients. It's a constant goal to live a balanced life - where I do work I love, take time to rest, eat healthy, workout and still cheat a little with a yummy dinner, red wine and great conversation with a friend.

I love learning about how people started their business and what they love about their work. I believe everyone should have personal passion for what they do. I love to help people find and unleash that passion. I've always embraced the philosophy that we have one life - if you aren't happy with it, it's within each of us to choose what will make us happy.
