Lori is a college student in one of the exclusive former all-girls university in Manila. She studies Hotel and Restaurant Management major in Culinary Arts. She is currently having her practicum training in one of Manila's finest hotel, she also finsihed her training in a high-end cakeshop slash cafe in Rockwell Center.

She has been fondly into cakes and pastries that's why she will focus on pastries and baking, and hopefully, to study in a culinary school after graduating in college.

Lori dreams to be finsihing her studies and to work in an internationally known hotel. She also dreams to be living in Europe. She also wants to travel the world, seeing every countries' culture and tasting its wide variety of fine cuisine.
