Serving clients in the Granbury, Texas community, Lori Kaspar Law, PC, focuses on juvenile and criminal defense cases. Providing indigent defense that spans misdemeanors and felonies, the firm also handles criminal and civil appeals. Lori Kaspar Law, PC, has extensive experience in local government cases, as well as those involving Child Protective Services.

In one representative case, State v. Hannon, Lori Kaspar Law, PC, represented the defendant and successfully challenged the validity of a canine sniff. This led to dismissal by the district attorney of felony drug charges. In another case, State v. Towe, the firm challenged an improper photo lineup on the part of law enforcement, which caused the judge to suppress in-court identification of the firm’s client.

The Granbury law practice is led by Lori Kaspar, who has a background as a prosecutor extending more than a decade. This experience provided her with extensive knowledge of how the court system operates and strategies of effective defense in complex cases. Her current responsibilities extend to a position as a Texas A&M University School of Law adjunct law professor, a role in which she instructs courses such as Criminal Law Drafting and Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing.
