Hello. I am a public relations and communications professional with 15 years experience at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree at Queen's. My research focuses on maternal and mother-blaming theory, and comics creation. I've very recently had an abstract accepted to write a chapter for an upcoming volume with Demeter Press, called "The Mother Blame Game". I have been a poet forever I think, and several years ago I also began writing short fiction and creative non-fiction, and creating comics based on my life experience. After some publishing success in the early 80s I'm once again looking to place my work in literary journals, and always hoping for a volume of my own.
