I am a creative mind, passionate person and happy soul with a unique ability to connect to people, places and things at a deeper level. I give creative direction with intention, write with impact, build strategic relationships and rally people behind causes.

Life and people make me smile. I believe in pushing yourself to outer limits, being kind and respectful to others, working hard at what you love, moving your body for strength and power and seeking adventures for the euphoria, often coupled with a split second of fear, that it brings to mind, body and spirit.

I run, practice Ashtanga yoga, work my business, sing out loud, dance often, and enjoy friends and family.
