G'day, I’m Lorraine, an Australian. I am a Soul Intuitive® - Insightful Life Coach and Founder of Insight & Awareness Pty Ltd.
I am a Spiritual Educator for curious souls who want to reconnect with their own authenticity and joyfully engage with life. I help the spiritually weary, who internally know they want to reconnect genuinely with who they naturally are. Those who have a burning desire to deal with the unresolved emotions that plague their perception of themselves. Many feel emotionally depleted or stuck on a merry-go-round full of negative beliefs - “Not good enough”, and feel disengaged from their own life. “Stuck on a treadmill" going through the motions but feel unfulfilled and aware of a void within.
Private sessions are an opportunity to explore and discuss personal issues in a confidential and supportive environment. I ‘read and track’ a person’s energy intuitively. This enables me to challenge toxic self-beliefs, fears and denials and to encourage self-acceptance.
'Reading and tracking energy' enables me to quickly break though people's protective mechanisms to uncover the real issues and map them out. I create an opportunity for the client to recognise what may have been known but difficult to articulate.
It is my mission to find the missing pieces to the puzzle that enables the client to join the dots.
