I had been in the fitness industry in England since 1991 but Auckland provided the opportunity to start my personal training business.

During this time I trained and coached triathlete’s and specialised in pre and post pregnancy exercise in the gym but the birth of our first child Kate saw my focus changing back to concentrating on working with pre and post pregnant mums again.
My own journey from triathlons to motherhood and a family of three girls under six has been an amazing experience and a story I want to share. I wanted to be able to reach out to more women than who I can see at the gym so that they too can benefit from my experience and knowledge during and beyond their pregnancies.
It was this passion and drive to share my knowledge and experience that gave me the idea to create pregnancyexercise.co.nz, a website where women could find
answers to their questions and where they could purchase a specific program from me that was affordable but also convenient to do at home.

I have trained through three of my own pregnancies and have got back into shape without any extreme dieting or exercise programs. I just don’t believe in that sort of training, you will often hear me say during pregnancy “Listen to Your Body‘ and after baby is born that “less is More“. I also know as a busy mum and running 2 business just how precious our spare time is and how important it is to get the balance right.

The exercise programs take this into consideration especially the very popular Birth2FitMum Program. The testamonials I recieve for this program alone show me that I am providing mothers with the best advice during their special time. I want mums to be able deal with any birth scenario then get back into shape and feel great about themselves after the birth of their little ones.
