Most of my time is taken up with running my therapy business. I tend to see most people for Deep Tissue/Firm Classic Massage appointments. My clients tend to be sporty but I also like to work with office workers and their neck, shoulder and back problems. I am a Reflexologist. I'm qualified in Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Distance Healing. I'm a lightbody graduate. A fan of Angels and knowing your Spirit Guide. Soon to be adding EFT Practitioner to my list. I run an informal meditation class. Still talking about running an abundance class!! Starting to get a bit more ‘out in the world’ with my flower photography and am being consistent in writing everyday – so published work ahoy! I’m a big fan of mud runs (I'm up for my 4th Tough Mudder this year). Love yoga, am surrounded by beautiful crystals, lived in Japan for 7½ years. Have commercial cooking experience but now like to cook vegetarian/vegan foods at a calm and happy pace. I guess my passions are writing, gardening and flower photography…but I love seeing a client walk out of an appointment happy, ironed out and fixed. Everyone should be getting a massage and going to yoga IMHO!!
