Lorraine is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner (Ayusoma Ayurveda), Holistic Natural Fertility Educator (Naturally Fertile) and Organic Advocate (Ayusoma Organics). Her philosophy of “empowering you to your natural health” is the core to her wellness work - enabling client’s to take full control of their health and wellbeing. She uses her innate intuition along with learned techniques to gently walk her client’s journey to better health. Dedicated to imparting knowledge she can often be found giving free talks at Wellbeing Markets or as part of the diverse community classes that she runs for children through to adults.
