I’m Lory . I’m a multidisciplinary artist living in the beautiful medieval city of Ely, in Cambridgeshire.

I am a Chilean illustrator with passion for colours! It’s the Latin American in me! 🌈🍉

I am one of the winners of Strawberry Field Liverpool Christmas card design! You can buy my cards at their shop directly.

I have just illustrated the Poster ‘Ely Travel by Train’ that is been shown at the train network of Grater Anglia trains, depicting Ely in its glory! full of colour with a view from the train.

I am also the illustratior for the children’s book of Tanya Sounders, ‘Mr Mellow likes Yellow’. The book is out now! (Amazon and libraries).

I am a casual trader at The Ely Market, Cambridgeshire, I have also exhibited in Art Unequalled, The Maltings, Ely.

I have a degree in journalism and I worked for many years in magazines in Chile. Now, I am a tour guide for the city of Ely and Oliver Cromwell’s House, an occasional silversmith (jewellery maker), Spanish teacher and mother of two talented musicians.

I have been featured in newspapers, as far away as Hong Kong! You could find my illustration on the front cover of the Tourist Information visitor guide Visit Ely, 2021.
