Adrienne Lotos

Adrienne is Belgian-Hungarian national and has over fifteen years of European Affairs experience working with European projects and European Public Affairs

European Public affairs:
• analysis and advocacy related to European public policies and the representation of national/sectoral/corporate interests
• stakeholder communication and engagement plan for companies and/or associations looking to interact with the EU institutions on a specific issue (project funding or advocacy)
• capacity building in European Public affairs for corporations and associations
European Association Management:
• cross-national and European associations set up and management
• strategic advice on Members services and funding opportunities
Project Management:
• Identification of opportunities and project management from initiation till completion. Follow-up and supervision of implementation.

Previous experience and credentials:
Prior to co-founding EIM3 Sprl Adrienne was Director in charge of the Brussels Representation Office of Hungarian Employers Confederation working in close cooperation with the largest business federation in Europe (BUSINESSEUROPE) for over 8 years and liaising with industry and trade associations from all Europe, working with a large number of issues relevant for business stakeholders. She was also deputy Member of the European Economic and Social Committee in charge of social affairs, transport and energy issues.
Adrienne has prior project management experience Adrienn in the monitoring and supervision of a large SME network project of Directorate General for Enterprise and Industry and in implementing wide range of in-house training projects for the Directorate General for Human Ressources and Security of the European Commission.

Adrienne holds two Master’s degrees, in French Language and Linguistics and in International Relations. She also has a certificate in PRINCE2 project management.
Adrienne's mother tongue is Hungarian and she speaks fluently English, French, German and has a working knowledge of Italian, Dutch and Greek.
