Lottery Tickets

The Lottery Tickets are a guitar-driven noise-pop band from Somerset West. With an EP (The Lone Shark) and Album (Occupations) under the belt. The songs from their upcoming album pull influence from early Weezer, Pixies, Foo Fighters and Tokyo Police Club. Expect noisy guitars, overdriven bass, driving drumbeats, saxophone melodies, composed synthesizer fills, and on off dual vocals.

The band formed in 2006 but found its final member line-up in late 2010. Since then the band has played with acts such as aKING, Shortstraw, Supercancer, Johnny Foreigner (UK).
