Lou Falconi

Lou Falconi was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He graduated with honors from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. Following college, Lou spent six years working his craft as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Pennsylvania. He spent the last three years coaching collegiate football at Slippery Rock University and teaching public school in Grove City, Pennsylvania. Lou relocated to Naples, Florida in summer of 2013 and soon after joined Summit Mortgage Corporation.

Over my years in the mortgage industry, I have earned the trust and referrals of many families and real estate professionals in my community. I’ve built my business by providing great communication, fast approvals and consistent on-time closings, all delivered with the highest level of local personal service.
