I am the Training and Deployment Manager at the 177th Fighter Wing. I assist our section trainers update and track training requirements for our 75 plus personnel. I evaluate all equipment and training requirements to ensure readiness. I also conduct and or coordinate formal classroom training. I am also responsible for complying and preparing reports and providing status and readiness briefing to Sq. Commander. I must also identify shortfalls and recommend corrective action.
