Luigi (Louie) Santaguida is a Canadian real estate developer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Raised in Toronto, Canada, Louie attended Thistletown Collegiate for his primary schooling, graduating with honors. Following this, Louie attended the School of Laboratory Sciences at Ryerson Polytechnic Institute and received a Bachelor of Technology inChemical Engineering from Ryerson in 1987.

Louie Santaguida was a founding partner of Delsan Environmental Group, one of the largest demolition and environmental remediation companies in Canada. In 2002, Louie bridged his experience into forming a new major environmental demolition and remediation company, one that could provide turnkey solutions in the areas of project demolition, management of hazardous materials, soil and groundwater remediation, and excavation.

Having found success in the areas of demolition and environmental remediation, Louie took the next step in his career when he formed the real estate development company, Stanton Renaissance, a company that currently serves as his professional focus. Louie founded Stanton Renaissance to further his mission of rejuvenating forgotten, spoiled land, while transforming communities.

Stanton Renaissance is currently involved in a number of development projects in the GTA, Toronto and southern Ontario areas. These include the development of The Connolly, the JunXion Condominiums in Toronto and the On The Go Mimicoproject.

Besides his passion for revitalizing communities, Louie Santaguida and his team at Stanton Renaissance are deeply vested in introducing the latest in green technology to condominium living.

Louie trademarked the term Visionization™ in order to describe his intent of harnessing science and technology to create new, clean living structures that have a low impact on our air and water. Louie looks forward to being one of the first developers in Toronto to incorporate geothermal heating and cooling systems in his condo developments.
