Born in September 11th in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Luz E. Andujar and Luis A. Vega D'Rossis. Louis grew up in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and later moved to Lakeland, Florida. Life took him to Novi Sad, Serbia where he graduated from the University of Novi Sad with a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration focused in Human Resources. Coming back to America, Louis, establish himself in the Big Apple where he is currently working in his field and doing a graduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
Louis is the proud father of a seven year old boy named John; and married to Saul A. Ramon.
