Suzanne Bernie is the founder and Managing Director of Coathanger. Suzanne has over 17 years experience in the fashion industry, spanning across retail and wholesale, managing fashion showrooms in London’s West End, buying in Europe and overseeing staff.

In the last eight years Suzanne has built up Coathanger, offering a range of services: from Corporate to Private Styling, working with both the general public and celebrity clientele.

Within the media world Suzanne has styled for music videos, television and major fashion publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire and ES Magazine.

Suzanne also works with corporate clients and provides bespoke uniforms for hotels, front of house teams and banking organisations.

Working through Coathanger Suzanne always strives to ensure a firm grasp of authenticity for every client, as well as understanding the very personal needs of the client both visually and intellectually.

Suzanne uses her passion for style to help make a real difference in people’s lives. Building confidence and self-esteem is the by-product to looking great.
Holding seminars and guest speaking at various events, Suzanne’s expertise and her innate ability to see just what suits is both a passion and a skill, leaving her clients with a feeling of total style euphoria.
