As the founder and Managing Director I oversee the strategic development of the entire agency, ensuring continued commercial growth is matched by outstanding customer service and care for service users and brand development.

I have 17 years specialist recruitment experience in medical, AHP and social care and work sectors. I established 4Social Work to service the industry to the highest standard. My personal values have been heavily invested in the agency and believe that honesty, integrity, knowledge, and saying what you mean are key to building long standing relationships with staff, clients and candidates.

All my staff are trained and mentored to achieve their personal goals and hit targets to maximize their potential.
